Travel Tips!

When you are on a cruise, you do have options prior to boarding. You can either purchase your all you can drink packages that's not included with your all inclusive meals and in some cases you can add your gratuity for the entire trip as a part of your cruise package.

These things or suggestions help your vacation a lot more less stressful and you can have an effortless experience while on your cruise vacation.

We've composed some other suggestions just in case you decide to pay as you go!

Cruise Gratuity Tips

When it comes to tipping while on vacationing it's important to remember that you're on vacation but those who's providing you services while vacationing are not. They are however enjoying seeing you happy and enjoying the moment with you.  Some are even ensuring that you're happy while sharing the moment. So why not continue the favor by tipping those who ensure your vacation is experience you will never forget.

As we stated before you can pre pay for your tips which are called gratuity before boarding but if you're like me, you want to wait to personally know who you're showing some "Thanks" to while on board.

Cruise Gratuity:

Plan to tip each person about $2 to $3 on an average per person per day. You have an assigned crew member who will clean your room each day, you also have a bartender if you are a drinker, and even those who will be your waiter or waitress each night if you choose to dine in the main dinning room.  In most cases I would suggest to set aside on an average of $50 to $85 for the entire trip.

Resort & Excursions Gratuity:

When you arrive at your designated port while on your cruise, it's custom to tip your servers, bartenders and those who provide transportation from the cruise ship to your Excursion or Resort.  We usually encourage the typical U.S. 15% but if you receive over the top exceptional service, then I would suggest 20%.
